Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Ownhearth setup services and software, provided by Aetheria Sphere LLC ("Ownhearth", "we"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

What we provide

We help you configure a private WireGuard VPN that runs on networking hardware you buy and own. We provide setup assistance, configuration software, and (optionally) ongoing monitoring. We do not sell hardware and we do not operate the VPN on your behalf — it runs on your devices.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for buying compatible hardware, having a home internet connection that permits inbound connections, and using the service lawfully. You agree not to use Ownhearth to violate any law or any third party's terms of service.

Fees & billing

Ownhearth is a one-time setup fee of $79 USD, which includes 30 days of email support. Concierge monitoring is an optional add-on at $49/year that renews annually until you cancel — cancel anytime from the billing link on our help page or by email. There are no other recurring charges, and we do not bill per support request. Prices shown at checkout govern your purchase and may change for future orders.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: if your home line is compatible (the free pre-check confirms it in 30 seconds) and we can't get it working within 30 days, we refund the setup fee. You keep the routers. When we issue a refund, the WireGuard credentials we created are de-provisioned, so the tunnel stops working — you keep any routers you bought. See our full Refund Policy.

No guarantee of access

Ownhearth makes your traffic appear to originate from your home connection. We cannot guarantee that any particular website, bank, or service will work, or that they permit this use.

Access to your devices

With your authorization, we (and our setup software) configure and monitor your routers to deliver the Service — for example, applying configuration, recovering the connection, and reading connection-health telemetry. We access your devices only as needed to set up, maintain, support, or secure your connection, and you can revoke this access at any time by cancelling the Service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetheria Sphere LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
