We want you to actually have a working private VPN. If we can't get you there, you shouldn't pay.

Setup fee

30-day money-back guarantee: if your home line is compatible (the free pre-check confirms it in 30 seconds) and we can't get it working within 30 days, we refund the setup fee. You keep the routers. Just email support@ownhearth.com.

When we issue a refund, we de-provision the WireGuard credentials we created, so the tunnel stops working. You keep any routers you bought from the retailer.

Hardware

You buy your routers directly from a retailer (e.g. Amazon), so hardware returns follow that retailer's policy — not ours. We don't sell or mark up hardware.

Monitoring plan

The optional yearly monitoring plan can be cancelled anytime; you keep coverage through the period you've paid for, and your VPN keeps working after it ends.
