Refund Policy

We want you to actually have a working private VPN. If we can't get you there, you shouldn't pay.

Setup fee

If we can't get your connection working within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the one-time setup fee in full. Just email support@ownhearth.com.

Hardware

You buy your routers directly from a retailer (e.g. Amazon), so hardware returns follow that retailer's policy — not ours. We don't sell or mark up hardware.

Monitoring plan

The optional yearly monitoring plan can be cancelled anytime; you keep coverage through the period you've paid for, and your VPN keeps working after it ends.
